A fresh website was needed to improve brand perception, streamline the user journey, and elevate the quality of leads by showcasing Luminur’s services and project pipeline. As an additional challenge, the new Luminur Group design would also need to be cohesive with the Luminur Projects website.
Blank Theory ran a strategic workshop to uncover Luminur’s goals, users, and value proposition. From there, our team developed a new sitemap, wireframes, and content strategy. The new design incorporated a high-end framework and advanced UX principles — delivering visual cohesion, improved performance, and a luxury-tier digital experience across both sites.
In addition to Luminur Group, the business also operates a parallel operation: Luminar Projects. Put simply, Luminur Group builds beautiful homes, and Luminur Projects connects with real estate partners to sell those properties. While they are two separate websites (and two companies), Luminur Group and Luminur Projects are intrinsically linked. The success of one is a reflection on the other.
To respect this, the website designs feature user flows that split traffic by interest — Architectural Services or Property Investment — making it easy for users to find what they need.
We built a secure, centralised Exclusive Investor Portal where Luminur Projects can upload and manage off-market stock opportunities. This portal has rapidly improved how Luminur’s network accesses and interacts with listings, with 80% of properties being sold before the slab is poured.
